      FAQs

      Yes, we do. We have a professional drone capable to record in 4K even with severe weather conditions ready to capture your event. And yes we have a liability insurance for that with $1.000.000 coverage. Your event must be located in airspace which is cleared for a Drone, we can then begin to plan accordingly (if you’re unsure the event is in airspace in which a Done is cleared by the FAA, please let us know). All flights are taken very seriously and conducted under strict guidelines laid out by the FAA. As long as weather permits, you get permission from the property/company ownership to fly where the event is being held and all safety protocols are being followed we can promise amazing footage!

      Yes, we can work with you to create a custom payment plan that will help you pay for the collection and items you would like for your special day!

      We record the audio a few ways. We also have a backup for our backup. We put a lavelier hidden microphone on the officiant and then we also put one on the groom. We typically don’t mic the bride to avoid any wires in the dress. I also tap into the DJ’s or venues sound system and record the audio that way. This set up gives us three ways where we record the audio to make sure we don’t miss any dialogue.
      The most important question of all, when will we get our edits? We deliver all of our finished edits within 6- 8 weeks of the wedding or sooner. If your collection comes with a trailer or teaser that will be delivered within 2 – 3 business days of your wedding date. We also have collection enhancements where you can purchase a same day edit (played at the reception), but only on our 9+ hour collections. After we finish editing we will create a Netflix gallery with a private link you can share with family and friends where you can watch any video on your devices or TV and even Download them for your convenience.       We film on high-end cinema cameras and the footage, straight out of camera, is in log format (almost black and white) and it needs to be color graded, stabilized, edited and rendered into a file you could play back. You would have to have professional editing software to be able to make them watchable. We do offer uncut edits in all of our packages for the full ceremony raw footage & the full toasts uncut edits. You are able to purchase the raw footage of the entire day & night as an add-on to any package and have it loaded on a hard drive and sent by mail within the 30 days.
